FMP | Jessie Leong Photography SCAMP Proposals

Yesterday morning I produced some quick mock up sketches and SCAMP proposals for the layout of Jessie's website (via a Cargo template, to have edited CSS applied), developing on from ideas and concepts for layouts and features that we had discussed in the last module whilst working on her branding and brand identity development together.

Keeping it quite simple and minimal, as inspired by other great high fashion photography websites (as blogged throughout my Design Context tags), we really want Jessie's portfolio to stand out and be the absolute feature, with the branding and type being consistent to her existing branding and design deliverables.

Showing her a few options and what was possible through Cargo, we have agreed to divide each of her photographic categories (Fine Art, Fashion, etc.) into pages, with a sub- category below to link through to a total of four selected shoots, and then an 'archive' folder, which will show a collection of past work, ensuring that Jessie's site is constantly maintained and not over-whelming in regards to content.

Really looking forward to getting stuck into the CSS editing and hopefully getting Jessie's site live as soon as possible to really complete her professional brand portfolio.

Over the next couple of days and weeks we have also discussed a 'TO DO' to get the content ready for the website, as shown in the list / notes below.

TO DO

* Specify content / dropbox with all descriptions and images (72dpi RGB) as publication examples. Define each of the images into one of the specified categories.
* About and contact info required.
* Determine design direction and layout.
* Colophon and credits? Friends section?

MAKE DECISIONS... CRACK ON!
