FMP | Hannah Crowson Logo Development II

Really pleased this evening to have spent some time re - assessing and reworking the logo development for the Wedding Planner and Decorator, Hannah Crowson, that I am currently working with to develop her brand through both print and web - based deliverables.

Working from Hannah's feedback, I started to look at both more stamp - appropriate and serif fonts, particularly using the Lost Type Co-Op type 'Abraham Lincoln', which has a contemporary, yet playfully vintage style with extended letterforms with subtle flicks, curves and beautifully considered and styled glyphs.

Along with the addition of a potential business name 'WedThings' (which I particularly like for the subtle play on words, again, reflecting Hannah's playfulness and creativity, and maintaining a professionalism in the business), I went on to explore various other uses for the font, applying it in a quick mock - up style to a business card, along with potential seating notelets / headers for compliment slips / letterheads, etc.

Really excited about this potential move forward with the branding design, and hopefully making real strides and steps towards the application and further collateral development in the next few days (particularly before the group crit next week!).
