FMP | Alex Warren Architecture Existing Branding

During the time working with Alex throughout his personal branding brief, I feel it is really important to look through not only where Alex's work and portfolio is now, but where it has been, and the past examples of work and ways in which he has portrayed himself throughout his design practice.

Around three years ago, Alex and I first worked together in a last - minute brief to work on putting together some business cards (in around an hour!) for a final exhibition of his degree show work. Of course, a little under prepared, the task was undertaken, and whilst okay, there was no real brand identity communicated, with a simple logo mark Alex had previously designed used as the main focus on the cards and throughout his web - based blog, as a banner for both his personal and professional design practice, as well as for his contextual research.

Although we still intend to use the 'AW' initials for Alex's logo mark (as shown in previous design posts in regards to Alex's design development), hopefully a lot more consideration in regards to the stock, composition and body copy can be taken throughout the design process for a far more professional design outcome.
